        Stay was good except for the excessive fragrance used in lobby and hallways. Its an overpowering fake floral and is very much overused.

        We absolutely can't say enough about this hotel.we had a wonderful experience.we traveled from alabama to Kansas City for work.when we returned home we couldn't find our Tahoe keys.We called the hotel back and my wife had left them.Milisa was amazing.She went above and beyond to send our keys back to us in Alabama.We left them on Friday morning and we had them back by wendsday

        Nice hotel with great amenities. This one was a little difficult to find because of all the turn-a-bouts off the highway, but when we found it, we saw that it is conveniently close to restaurants and shops for anything we might need or be looking for. The hotel itself is clean and familiar, the layout is about the same as the one that we want to in Texas, and that was comforting to know where everything is, and the room was a little smaller, but nice. The pool at this one was open, there's a fitness center, 24 hour coffee, ice machines, a snack machine and ice cream selections for treats. Continental breakfast until 9am and delicious, eggs bacon, biscuits and gravy, as well as the standard fare. I recommend staying at any of the fine hotels in this chain. My only complaint is that my bed had a low side dip in it as if a very heavy person may have broken it in, but maybe noone told the staff yet about it, as I did.
