They make you prepay for work. They made me pay for a root canal then ended up not needing to do that. Put a crown on and said Id get money back . Never saw a dime of that. Called and still nothing. Decided to move to a new practice because these people are crooks! They then proceeded to charge $40 to send my records to a new dentist. AVOID THIS PLACE, your teeth and wallet will thank you.

2-28-2024 This is what happens when we try to patronize our people... I called and received their answering service during the business day (which is fine). The answering service agent stated someone would call me back to schedule an appt. I provided the best call back number and asked him not to use the phone number I was calling from as this was the phone number he quoted and asked him to use the phone number I provided instead. Someone called back on the number I called from and Not the number I provided. When I called back the next day to make the appointment, the actual Dentist's office did not have any record of me calling or anything in the system. I spoke with Stacey who was nice enough. I scheduled the appointment and provided the spelling of my name phonetically and I asked for the information & paperwork to be emailed instead of texted. She stated she doesn't think their office would be a great fit for me. Unfortunately, I must agree.
