Conrad the sales person was very nice and not pushy at all. Very informative and offered several solutions. Once the installation began and finished Vonesa was very courteous by checking in on progress. Dennis and his Crew were very nice and respectful. Super hard workers. They did an awesome job. I was amazed at how quickly they finished my whole upstairs floors. I highly recommend.

Did a very nice job. Called ahead letting me know when he was going to be here. Showed up at that time. Was flexible about a minor change with the base boards. Worked the whole time.

The sales representative that came to our home today (Josef Marschuetz) was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and personable and took his time explaining everything to us, and listened to what we wanted. No high pressure sales pitch. It was a pleasure to meet him and talk with him. Hes definitely an asset and great spokesman for your company We definitely give him a 5 star rating. Cant wait to get our flooring installed. Bob & Deb Cusimano

The experts at Refloor did an excellent job with my flooring needs.Fernando and his teamate were friendly and explained the process, worked consistently with detail.
