    my experience was simply horrible with the company VIVIAL , to begin with I had a website put on the air without being ready offering services that my company does not offer, they put it on gogle without my authorization only so that we started to pay the monthly fees without first consulting me for to know if the website was approved as promised, after that we got in touch both by phone, e-mails, messages, I left a voice message and they took a long time to answer me differently than when they wanted to sell the service, but when they replied they said that the site would be updated and nothing was done, so I sent e-mails designing how needed the website trying to help the so-called professionals to do their own work, the coordinator who was responsible for the Tre Hawkins website simply told us that no changes we needed it could be done giving me several difficulties saying that this would not be possible , I waited for 3 months if nothing was resolved then I decided to cancel the website with them, they told me it wasn't possible as there was a one year contract that I didn't know about, they decided to get me a new coordinator named Sara Harper who made significant changes to the website than the other one coordinator said he could not do it , but what we were promised to correlate with the return on calls with our cost of $719 per month , there was no return not fulfilling anything offered by Vivial , making it impossible to maintain a payment agreement as the company never made the that was agreed , now they 're charging me saying I have a 12 - month contract but by phone the attendant Kevin Brinkley who offered me the service said it could be canceled at any time , I complained about the existence of the possible contract and nothing was sent to me , as well as I did not make any kind of electronic signature so that I could read and understand everything that was reported in the "contract" that he says q What we have , I am very upset with all this , I feel cheated by a lying company that does not look at the consumer 's side , does not comply with what is said , I lied , has no professionalism , I will go to court with them if necessary I feel totally wronged mistaken , now it tells me how to pay for a service where it does not advertise our product , we do not receive customer calls and being neglected by the professionals of this company in many aspects I hope this review can help someone , totally disappointed I just wasted my time and money , and patience.
