Simeon is a true professional. He was able to get the loan process done very quickly after we worked with a different Mortgage Company for 2 months with no results. Because we are no longer local, I reached out for advice from Simeon. To my surprise, he informed me that there is no distance in his mortgage reach. With that info, it was a no brainer that Simeon is the man to make it happen, even 600+ miles away.
