Highly recommend. I wish I had had Shad INSTALL my Navien tankless water heater. I had my tankless water installed a year ago. When it came time for annual maintenance, the plumbing company that installed it informed me that they did not do maintenance. They referred me to someone else - who was late for one appointment and didn't bring everything he needed. Then he didn't show up for the other two appointments I set up. He also did not seem very knowledgeable about the Navien. After he missed the last appointment, I called English Tankless Water Heater Specialist. Shad got back to me right away. He got me on his schedule, showed up on time, and clearly knows this product inside and out. I was so impressed and will definitely have him come back each year for maintenance. If you are considering having one of these systems installed, call him! You will be so happy you did. (AND PS - you will LOVE this tankless water heater. I love mine.)

Shad was terrific. Our old water heater was failing, he came out, looked everything over, explained what was needed and how everything would go down. He was straightforward about the timing as Spire needed to make some updates to our meter. On the day of the install everything went smoothly. Great new Navien tankless system that should last us many years and save us money on our gas bill. Service: Water heater installation

Left voicemail and the service man called me back. He advised they work on Rinnai tankless water heaters all over the United States, and he was familiar with my location in Missouri. I explained the situation and gave him my contact information, his tone sounded like he was going to be very prompt with the repair. I never heard back from The English Tankless Heater Specialist Company. No further response needed or wanted from The English Tankless Heater Specialist Company.

We couldnt be more pleased with our new Navien NPE-240 A2 tankless water heater installed by the English Tankless Heater Specialist. I shopped around quite a bit and they were easily $1-2k cheaper then the next closest bid. I was very happy with the communication and scheduling though out the entire process. Everything went very smoothly and 3 months later we are very happy with our purchase. The install job was top notch.
