We hired this company to provide SEO. They never provided SEO like they had promised. Their sales rep Brooke Vetsch was well aware of our requirements. After emailing about this on November 3rd, without response, I realized Thryv is about getting your money with little service after the sale. No feedback or follow up. On February 25th, I emailed a cancellation request. Lets face it, to cancel an online portal takes the click of a button. Here we are, close to a month later and they have billed me again. They state they need 30 days cancellation. This company, as well as Brooke Betsch, are very unethical. If I could give them a zero star rating, I would do so.
