Adams Place

My wife and I moved here sight unseen from out of state and we loved living here. The front office is elegant and the staff is amazing. They we’re very accommodating during our moves in and out. Great location in downtown Kirkwood, the farmers market is a block away! The updated apartments are modern and look great.

I love Adams Place!! The staff is great and knowledgeable. The residents are very active and friendly. It is great living so close to all the downtown Kirkwood restaurants and shops. I love walking down to the Kirkwood library and the Farmer’s market.

This place used to truly care for their residents. Once Mr. and Mrs. Walker died, their daughter took over and cut every possible corner of care for the long-term residents of Adam's Place. I am so incredibly frustrated to see the way the my grandpa, and others, have been treated. To act like this is a "luxury" facility is a joke. They got rid of maintenance. My grandpa went for days without basic repairs, creating an unsafe environment for him. The cost of food is far too expensive for the hockey puck hamburgers, tiny portions, and food unfit for my dog. And the "amenities" they have are shameful. The letter they sent telling the residents that they would be selling was ice cold. Nancy doesn't are about the wonderful residents of this living facility, she cares about money and herself.SHAME ON YOU, NANCY. Shout out to the rest of the staff who are always pleasant and still have compassion.
