        The management has filed for bankruptcy and the current management company has given tenants 30 days to move out before the place is condemned and they haven't paid any bills for trash pickup or lawn service which is a damn shame that the city of Ferguson has been doing nothing to help the tenants that lived there

        Not a good place to live anymore. No manager on site. No maintenance on site. Grass not cut. People that dont live here just walks in. People walks around here respecting the older people in here.

        I am still waiting on receiving my $700 security deposit back. The management never answers calls or emails. Very disappointing.
