The Orion Apartments

It is a great apartment . I have lived here for 9 months. I appreciate the common spaces for people to hang out. The rooftop swimming pool is great for chilling, although not suitable for swimming as it is shallow and short. The front desk and office staff are friendly. CWE is also a fantastic area for hanging out and eating. It's a pretty safe neighborhood.

We have loved living at Orion apartments! The ceiling height, tall doors, crown molding, take it up an extra notch. Packages are delivered safely and securely. Concierges are friendly and always present. Maintenance is quick to respond to tickets. Justin and the leasing team have always been easy to work with and will make the extra effort to get you in the unit of your dreams. Not to mention we have a WHOLE FOODS just an elevator ride away! We are in the heart of the Central West End and get to see the urban activity outside our windows each day. They are very pet friendly too, and the common areas are kept very clean.

Im a student whos lived @ the Orion for ~9 months now, and my experience here has been nothing short of fantastic. Management is extremely transparent with things, so there are no hidden/switch-up charges - certainly a refreshing change from other places Id toured. A few of the highlights: * Community: Floormates/Neighbors are quiet, respectful, and just the right amount of friendly. But the employees make this place as well, its a very authentic atmosphere. * Location: A nice slice of calm in the midst of CWE. Everything I need is within walk. * Amenities: All of em. Ive made great use of the 24/7 free hot chocolate/coffee machine from 12:00-4:00am... Living here has been smooth and surprise free, so Im very much looking forward to renewing my lease. Huge shoutout to Justin, Dominique, and Sera on the management team. Theyve seriously gone above and beyond to make my experience!

Orion has good management who are responsive to requests for repairs/assistance. They're adaptive and easy to work with.

Living in the Orion has been nothing short of wonderful. The location is amazing, being on top of a Whole Foods is convenient, the amenities are top-notch, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend living here. -Taylor and Jake Apartment 419
