The Gallery Villas

Amazing property and staff I relocated to IL and explored living in Saint Louis. I looked at a number of properties and none had the right feel. As we walked around the property, I noticed that the staff was also very welcoming. It feels like home and the amenities set the standard for the area.

Amazing luxury living in heart of downtown St. Louis. Even has a personal garage for the villas that is similar to what one would find in suburban house. Jamie goes above and beyond as a manager to meet the needs of the tenants. Outstanding living.

I toured the Gallery Villas and everyone from the front security desk to the the leasing office were very friendly. The private patio/terrace on each Villa is a huge selling point for me as I need fresh air and sunlight working from home! Very spacious and open layout, with lots of room for me, my sister, and our cat in the 2 bed/bath two level Villa!

I recently relocated to St. Louis from the east coast, and during my search for a place to live I was intrigued by the Gallery Villas and ultimately decided to live here. I have to say this was a great decision - the Gallery Villas are immaculate and everything about living here has exceeded my expectations. The unit itself is gorgeous, with high end finishes and details that you don't typically see in most "luxury" apartments. Having lived in big cities across the country, including Los Angeles and Philadelphia, I have pretty high standards when it comes to my living experience and the Gallery Villas have seriously been a very pleasant surprise - it is as nice as any unit I have ever lived in, and probably nicer. One thing I will say - most luxury apartments will brag about amenities, and what you'll end up with is a very minimalistic gym, and some poorly maintained pool. What stood out to me about Gallery Villas was the quality of their amenities - the gym is ridiculously huge and has everything. I literally have no need to pay for a gym membership anywhere. They even have a personal trainer on site that you can work with (for a fee). The indoor AND outdoor heated pools are amazing, clean, and a huge bonus. Finally, I will say that Jennie the building manager has been fantastic - very responsive, addressed everything that needed to be addressed, very detail oriented and organized - just the best. Thank you Jennie. This review may seem over the top but this has honestly been my experience here - I'm really blown away and thrilled to live here!!
