        Ian is such a wonderful young man who hosts these fantastic events at the Dorchester! They are usually themed, with great food, and generally turn up 60-70 individuals. He is such a gregarious young man with a very bright future!

        Beautiful apmts for a very affordable price! Virtually the same $ for other St. Louis apmts but w far more amenities (game room, coffee bar, and gym!)

        This building let me understand how low Mo is, in all aspects. Trash state.

        We are recent tenants to this building but have found that the staff and the maintance personel are as fine as any luxury building in the city. Richard and Sefet are two wonderful maintance men. Derek is a porter who has gone out of his way to be helpful to us as we moved in and since.
