Maintenance doesnt respond even in emergency situations. No one is ever there to answer the phone. You put in request in the app they dont show up. I havent been able to flush my toilet in days. So this is plumbing issue which I think should be taken a little bit more serious bc where can I use to bathroom if I cant in my unit.

I lived here for almost 6 years. When I moved in in 2017 I had really good experiences, and the price definitely was a huge selling point, as well as the fact that I had a dishwasher and washer/dryer, which were great amenities that I couldn't find anywhere else. The front desk staff was okay, if not great, and maintenance was fairly reliable. It has went drastically downhill in the last couple of years since being in new management. The front desk staff are not as helpful and almost never answer the phone or the door. The gates are constantly broken, and repairs take months and months to get done. The washer/dryer set is extremely ineffective (think like 6-7 hours to do a full load) and ours broke down constantly. The floor is cheap laminate that peels and gouges easily, and the walls are very thin. The apartments themselves are fairly nice and spacious and I love that they're all electric and have utilities there, it's just been the terrible management and extremely slow repair time over the last few months thats been a problem. In fact, I moved out in September (my ex still lives there), and I believe they still have not taken me off the lease, despite me calling and talking to people about it at least five times- I still get calls and emails from them.

DO NOT MOVE HERE.
Apartments are supposed to be "gated".. gate is always wide open for anyone to pull in and out! There is NO 24hour maintenance. Maintenance will give you the run around and take literally MONTHS to do anything at all. Always new property managers in the office, staff is very rude and hard to contact. Constant broken glass and trash all over the property.

apartment has not been "gated" for several months (it technically has gates but they've been wide open for anyone to come in and out) and we hear gunshots almost every night. constant garbage spread across the parking lots. dirty buildings. lights constantly being shut off at night despite us being promised when we moved in two years ago that they would be on for safety (again, this is in a neighborhood with constant gunshots at night and burnt-out abandoned buildings everywhere). the previous management used to be really responsive but ever since the apartments were bought out by new management last year it feels like a ghost town and the landlord is never around and doesnt seem to care. this used to be a decent place to live but now, not so much. and the landlord has the audacity to raise the rent in the middle of all this...unbelievable. what is the price increase paying for??? just know that the rent prices on the website are lower than what he actually charges. dont stay here if you can avoid it - this place is going downhill fast.
