I want to give a shout out about our new maintenance supervisor Robert!! He is an absolute gem and im so very glad that Waterford hired him. He is extremely smart and talented and very conscientious . And on top of thathes just a really good person!

Ive lived at Waterford Downs for 3 years now & its been great. From the area, the complex to the manager Ed. I have nothing but great things to say. If you are single & looking for a nice place to live this is the complex for you. I am a single woman & never felt unsafe around the complex. Would definitely recommend to others & have. :)

So thankful for Karen and Ed and the amazing work they do. Ed continues to go out of his way to help me and see things are done quickly and to a high standard. Thankful for their dedication to the property and standard of excellence.

I have been a resident at Waterford Downs for 24 years and would like to commend our current Property Manager, Ed Karpowecz for his outstanding superior management this complex has ever had. Ed exhibits extreme professionalism and excels in every facet of property management. Karen is also an asset to this complex and is always receptive and accommodating to any request that needs attended to. The maintenance staff is exceptional, especially the new supervisor, Chris Cherry, who is exemplary with all aspects of maintenance, is quick to respond and quickly resolves any issue of concern. Chris is spot on with going above and beyond any situation that needs attention and does a superlative job. Again, Ed is truly an asset to our community and the residents are very fortunate to have him!
