The community was very nice and cleanly and Shannon friendly and helpful! The apartment itself was also very spacious for a great rate!

I had the opportunity to take a tour with my partner on 4/6/24 and was pleased with what was displayed and communicated. Shannon was clearly very pleasant, knowledgable and by far probably one of the biggest KPop enthusiast I'd come across. I did see a few things in the model that was shown that could raise an eyebrow (unhinged doors, excessive paint cover ups, rodent feces) but overall, the property seems to be relatively well managed for the price range with accommodations and amenities to match.

Toured the 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom deluxe units yesterday with Shannon. It was the 5-6th apartment Ive toured over the past month and this one left an impression! The model units are gorgeous with updated appliances and plenty of natural lighting. The added fees were a bit confusing and added to the overall price of the apartment, but it is still within budget considering the space/amenities. I will be applying for an apartment and I hope the negative reviews are not my experience!
