Sunrise of Webster Groves

My parents are in Reminiscence care and the staff, especially Toya Duff take excellent care of them. She treats them like family and took extra care of my mother when my father was in the hospital. The Management especially Vicky and Jenni work with families to give them piece of mind that their loved ones are being well cared for.

My mother has been here now close to 4 months. I did an exhaustive and comprehensive search prior to placing her. The staff and facility are the gold standards, and I sleep well at night knowing that my 87 year old mother is on their care. My experience has been excellent, and I love the staff.

I would not recommend this home for anyone. The management here sucks and they do not care for the residents. They down play their employees. Ive heard that the residents would not get help or changed until the next morning. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

As a former employee of Sunrise I would not recommend anybody working or bringing their family member to live at Sunrise. The management sucks.Jennie Vicky Becky Tatyianna are the worst supervisors Ive ever met in my years of working. youre supposed to feel comfortable to go to management and tell them whats going on and what problems are going on! You cant do that. Either they are sitting in their office all day or theyre not in the building. They want you to call when something goes on, but they never answer their phones. They dont care about your outside life when it comes to Sunrise you can have a family emergency and they still want you to come to work. You could be in the hospital completely sick and all they care about is a doctors note, not if youre feeling well not if you need them, called them, nothing. If you get injured by a resident, if management doesnt see a bruise, then nothing is wrong with you and you can go back to work normally. youre not allowed to voice your opinion on certain situations because youll be called disrespectful. They wont allow you to speak up for yourself because they think youre being disrespectful. The pay is not enough to get mentally and physically abused by management and residents. management doesnt care about your family. Because if your family gets injured, if theres no blood, they will hold off from calling you to see for their to see if its a big enough issue to let you know. They are extremely understaffed. The employees are overworked and dont get the appreciation they need to continue on with their daily lives. I understand that we signed up for this job, but we didnt sign up to get abused and disrespected.
