Just outright UNPROFESSIONAL youll never get properly trained, if youre not favored they will gossip , gaslight, lie and use you as the office scapegoat. The owner is very disrespectful. The aides come to work high or drunk, sleep at work and eat the clients food give the wrong meds and they dont do anything about it. Supervisors yell at clients and will tell you whats not their job. If you speak up for yourself or the clients theyll retaliate or make you appear problematic. I wouldnt work for this company nor would I want to be stuck being cared for by them.

WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! PLEASE STAY AWAYY!!! Ive had 4 people tell me they quit cause they are UNPROFESSIONAL WITH EVERYONEEEEEEE . Management steals and lies on the workers !!!! The owner was letting her sister and mom BEAT ON THE CLIENTS !! Ive witnessed ... Ive witnessed the mom stealing the pills !!! Stay away from this company.

Bad company to work for. It is ran by family members who are abusing the system. Some of there homes are ran down and nasty. Home managers talk to the consumers any kind of way , yelling cursing etc etc. They talk bad about the clients to workers. The pay is very low im not surprised because it is a black owned company. They treat clients And the workers badly. Wouldnt recommend working here . I worked here less than 6 months and the home managers steal the clients money/food stamps and uses it for themselves
