Ive been employed there for a few months now. I was hired to work in the new memory care wing that was recently built. Its so beautiful. And I can say for certain the residents get treated far better then anywhere I have worked. Its a little chaotic with scheduling since we have 2 new wings. But Im sure it will all get straighten out. This is a place if I had to place my parents in a home it would be my first choice. Theres not a lot of places I can say about from things Ive witnessed other places. The management are so understanding. I was Sick and had to be out almost 2 weeks. Pam & Dot checked on me and were very understanding. Most places I would have been terminated. I also like that most the coworkers help each other when needed.

Nice place for residents to stay for a number of services but the atmosphere between upper management and staff is very unpleasant. Also very disappointing to see how few blacks are in upper management roles. This company will hire blacks for employment but there is a serious disconnection or serious sense of division. Really, sad!!! Could be a good fix for long term career, if and only if relationships improved with better opportunity and morale.
