Audi Kirkwood

I visited Audi Kirkwood service department after experiencing a flat tire while driving from work. I am not a resident and I choose this location because it was close to me. I am so glad I did because everyone there was friendly and professional. Mr. Arman , my service rep, went above and beyond to help me figure out my warranty information and ease the stressful situation of picking up my car. They delivered my car to me at work, fixed, washed and clean. I am so appreciative to experience kindness while I am away from home. I definitely recommend them for all your service needs. Great service from a great crew.

We had a wonderful experience from start to finish leasing our new Audi E-tron at Kirkwood Audi! Archie, our salesman, and his team were professional and efficient and made this process a dream. The finance guy gave us great advice and was super helpful. The General Manager, also a very nice guy, came over to greet us and make sure we were taken care of. Archie took the time to get us the best deal possible and to show us all the cars features and set us up on the app. It is a beautiful vehicle and we are so happy we found Archie and this team of amazing people to help us get our new car! Thank you for your time, expertise and kindness. We really appreciate it!!

Love the people here at Audi Kirkwood service They are truly an exceptional. This is the 2nd time Ive done my maintenance here and so far its been great every time. Josh Greenlee is awesome!
