Love the staff! When you have to deal with part departments, youre usually already frustrated going into it knowing the headache that usually comes with it. I can say, that is not the case here. Every staff member is easily knowledgeable enough to help you! Jack, Leslie, Brennden, Connie and Tony is about the nicest people you will ever deal with! Even if you dont know what you need, they will figure it out for you. Tony, the parts manager is a rare find! He is extremely knowledgeable, attentive and can tackle any project! He has done an excellent job preparing his department to take on any task and will make sure that they get you anything you need! Next time you think about finding a Toyota parts department, dont waste your time looking anywhere else. You will thank yourself later after becoming partners with the Seeger Toyota Parts Department.

I am not one to right reviews, but this one is well deserved. The reason I am writing this review is so that you can understand just what kind of service you are going to receive. I have been with the parts department for 5 years. I have only ever been treated kindly, respectfully and courteously. The staff is very knowledgeable. Even if you're not sure what part you may need or the process of going about it, I highly recommend you stop by or give them a call. You will not be disappointed! They will always get you what need and make sure that you are well taken care of. Tony, the manager of parts is a man that takes pride in his work. I thank the universe everyday for being able to work with someone like him. I wish other dealerships would send their representatives of their parts departments to him, so that he can train them on how a dealership should run their parts department. Whether you are an individual or an auto shop, I highly recommend you stop by or call Tony and his team. I GUARANTEE they will take good care of you and make sure you're more than prepared to tackle the job.

If you're looking for a reliable place to buy parts where they aren't going to ripping you off and make sure you actually get what you need, then look no further. I have a company fleet of 20 Toyota vehicles. No other Toyota dealership parts department will work harder than this place to get you what you need. The parts team is incredibly knowledgably and able to use many resources to get you what you need as quickly as possible. The only reason I can keep my fleet constantly going is because of Tony and his team. I HIGHLY recommend checking them out. They'll take great care of you!
