Gapsch CARSTAR Collision Center

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Got into a front end collision and honestly my car is better now than it was before the accident. Great customer service, and my estimator Jay was always willing to answer my questions. I'm a car guy so I wanted specific details. They were very accommodating of my special requests and my car's modifications. Supply chain issues are everywhere and that was frustrating but out of their control. Had an extremely nit picky concern after 2 weeks and they fixed it without question. 10/5 would choose them for my car repairs again.

This place had my car for almost 2 months and never did anything to it! I called so much I began to think I was never getting my car back . I called ROB idk how many times but he wouldn’t return my calls. I finally called my insurance company and they told him to release my car so I can take it elsewhere. Once he released my car he called to question me where I was taking my car he didn’t fix !!!!!! Horrible I would NEVER recommend no one to this place of business. I'm not sure what all needed to be completed in order to repair my beautiful (still very new -- even at just under five years of age) Prius after I was rear-ended and pushed into the vehicle in front of me. However, Gapsch took care of everything, kept me informed, and made me feel like they really cared -- about me, my family, AND my vehicle! I also really appreciate the partnership with Enterprise Rent-a-Car that allowed a car to be brought to Gapsch for me and me to leave the rental car at Gapsch for pick-up when my Prius was ready.
