I was very happy with the technician and his work, but I was very unhappy with the bidding process. If I had known, it was only an hour job instead of a 3 to 4 hour job the way it was presented to me I definitely would have looked elsewhere.

Everyone I talked to from the office to having someone come out to Centralia IL to explain what the finish process will take place. Next day this wonderful young man came and did the job I was so excited to see the new look and wasn't disappointed. I highly recommend this company

They were nice but they were not honest about there product they had a few colors to show me, they told me they had dark brown and to go on web site to pick which I did and the color was not what I was seeing on web site. I was very clear with the estimator about the color and was told no problem. Well I went with them and the color was not what I wanted when I ask about it I was told they did not have colors that were that dark. Now I have a countertop that is not what I want. Buyer beware

We had them refinish our claw foot cast iron tub. Very satisfied with the results. Looks like new for a 100 year old tub!
