I go to this specific dealership 90% of the time that I need a rental and to Enterprise Rent-A-Car 100% of the time when I need a car in or out of town.

Kieran OConnell the assistant manager is very mean and should not be managing people. She screams at employees, cusses them out and storms off and slams doors in their face (in front of customers) She is a terrible excuse for a manager and should be fired. Avoid her at all costs. Scared customers and makes employees want to quit everyday. Kieran I hope you get the help you need and stop taking it out on your employees. From Maggie the employee you verbally assaulted and tried to make drive a 15 passenger van with a recall in the ice and snow and I said no I was uncomfortable and you cussed me out and stormed off like a two year old (again in front of customers) please get medicated.

Shelby was super friendly and professional. She and Tylor had us in and out in no time! :)
The 15-passenger van was brand new. Bonus, all the seats were captain style. Super comfy!
