        Got tires from these guys last year, went smooth. My check engine light came on in my 2000 Suburban. I knew I had a misfire on C7. I asked the guy who told me about Zisser for my tires about a good engine repair shop, and he recommended Zisser again. I dropped my truck off, and they had it for 3weeks! Never could find the cause of the misfire. A tech named Dan was working on my truck. Hos communication was beyond poor with letting me know what was going on for 3weeks with my vehicle. Then he went on vacation and I knew nothing about it until I called. Again, there was no communication on my truck before he left. Mike ended up putting my truck back together but put it back together without replacing the valve cover gasket. The cover was removed to check the spring on cylinder 7. So I had to spend another $200 to have it fixed. Mike was very helpful with me trying to get a waiver for my emissions. But it doesn't smooth things over knowing I spent $700 with Zisser, and my truck was NEVER fixed. I could make more of a fuss about it, but I'd just rather settle with NEVER AGAIN.
