        I live here and like it. The units all have light from three sides. The people are friendly, and the board is sane and does sensible things. Not every condo can say that. On the down side, some of the fixtures are old and take special effort to work on. I'd like to note that the photo labeled "Exterior" is not the Greystone. It's a building about a block away unrelated to the Greystone.

        We have Lived here since 1975. Raised two kids. Love it and the photos from the higher view are the what we see from the 15th East floor.
