I contacted Millennium Restoration and Development Corporation, as well as, several other home construction and repair contractors in the St. Louis area to do a major repair at my home along with some minor repairs. John Vogt immediately contacted me regarding the work needed and scheduled an appointment to come to my home to provide a bid. This company won the bid because of their professionalism and integrity regarding providing less costly yet high quality options available for my home repairs. Once contracted, John and his staff kept all scheduled appointments and informed me of next steps. They discussed work being completed each day and followed up on all completed work to ensure it met my expectations. I was always addressed as “Ms.”, my personal time was always considered when decisions were made regarding work to be completed and the area where repairs were done was always clean before John’s staff left for the day. Professional workmanship along with great customer service starts at the TOP and goes along way when a homeowner is entrusting a business to do work at their home. I cannot say enough about this business other than I am a very pleased customer who will be using their services for all future home remodeling and repair needs.
