        Associates were disgruntled that i dumped a beverage in the parking lot and refused to serve me. I didnt know that was not allowed? The workers didnt have to be rude.

        There are no straws with our drinks. Chips and mexican pizza were squished and were soggy mush. They put the mexican pizza on the very bottom. Food was luke warm, and drinks were almost completely melted. We spent a lot of money on inedible trash. We typically visit kirkwood because we always have issues here. Looks like after a year, they still haven't worked those out. On previous visits, they shorted us food, gotten our order wrong, charged us for extra sauce, and put zero sauce on there. Nice people but terrible at their jobs.
