This company stands behind their product. Three posts developed intense checking a week after installation - deep, long checks from top to bottom on opposite sides of the posts. The company owner asked for pictures of the checking. Once he saw the pictures, he immediately called back and offered to replace the posts for free - he was actually more disturbed by the intensity of the checking than I was, and didn't believe the fence would last as long as it should. They replaced the posts, and nothing extra was charged. The crew that built the fence was solid. They were on-time, communicated well, and did what they said they would do. If I wanted something reasonable, I would only have to tell them once. They would remember and make it happen. (If I wanted something unreasonable, they'd politely let me know why it was a bad idea. File that under 'good communication'.) It was easy to work with the owner. He let me know what was required, and answered any other question I had. Service: Wood fence installation
