JATC Wood Floors

JATC does excellent work ... about 8 months back I had them refinish my hardwood floors (60 year old floors) in 3 bedrooms ... the floors turned out beautifully .. it's a very well run company ... Every one I dealt with was just great ... Just last week they came in and refinished the floor in the living/dining room ... a different crew but equally great result!!!! Quality work at a fair price!

JATC sanded, stained and coated our 23 year old kitchen floor. Looks like it was just installed! Besides the highly professional job, I greatly appreciated the daily, promised phone call to inform us about the arrival time of the crew the following day. I would not hesitate to use JATC again. Excellent experience! We love our new LVP floors, changing the look in 3 rooms of our home. Delphino and his crew were terrific to work with, such hard workers, very professional, and super dependable. Highly recommend. Dan was a great sales person, our contact for all the resources we needed to make the right decision. Office staff wonderful as well!

Our dining room (which had been carpeted) abuts our foyer which has a wood floor (which JATC had also refinished several years before). JATC installed a job finished wood floor in the dining room and interlaced it with the existing wood in the foyer. You can't even tell where the old floor started and the new began. They did a great job and cleaned everything up nicely. I'd like to thank Gilberto for the wood delivery and helping put our china cabinet back together; Chuck and Patrick for moving heavy furniture out of the dining room and installing and interlacing the new floor so nicely; Mark, Roy and Zach for sanding & staining and matching the existing floor so well. They also built an intricate plastic tarp "fort" to minimize the dust escaping into our two story foyer - very impressive - and it work well as we had minimal dust in the house; Todd for the top coats (this is the third area of our house he has worked on and always does a great job); Ryan, Jacob & Patrick for putting back our baseboards and heavy furniture; and finally Katrina and Amber for scheduling all of the layers of work and answering any questions I had. All around very please and would definitely recommend them.
