Ambassador Mid-West Floor

Ambassador recently replaced the carpet in several rooms of our house with hardwood. Beginning with our sales contact, Clair Pangilinan, through the scheduler, and ending with the installers, Travis, Brian/Bryan, and Anthony, and a final visit upon completion of the installation by Joe Guldner, we could not be happier. Clair is a no-nonsense guy, thorough, efficient, and to the point. He laid out our options and quickly provided a proposal and helped with financing. From beginning to end, he responded promptly to our questions. While he was surveying our job, I asked Clair to look at a project on a lower level that we are considering. I described the area I was thinking of changing, and he suggested that the room would look larger, less divided, if I reduced the area. It wasnt a large reduction, but he demonstrated that he was more interested in my satisfaction than padding his sales statistics. Travis and his crew subsequently showed up promptly over each of the scheduled four days, and we are pleased with their work. They had to move several pieces of heavy furniture, and they were painstaking in ensuring that the furniture was put back exactly where we wanted it. Travis also expertly replaced a small portion of a board that was previously installed floor that had been recently damaged by movers. Joe visited shortly after the job was completed to ensure we were satisfied. The entire process was smooth from beginning to end.

Two separate locations with identical lack of response. Spent time with Jeff ( who was very pleasant ), salesman in Chesterfield regarding hardwood floor samples.After choosing a color,for him to start our search,along with giving him our full contact information,never reached out to us.We then called the Glendale location and spoke with Steve who took our information.He said he would call back in a few minutes and never did. Both locations reveal a complete lack of follow-up. I am thankful the company's true colors came out before we invested any money Whatever Midwest floor built their company in St.louis on is gone. Beware !!! Use discernment on how a company treats you before the sale,for when there is a problem,the treatment should be no surprise.

I had Midwest come stretch and clean my hall and living carpets. Jesse did a wonderful job. My carpet wrinkles disappeared and after cleaning looked band new. Jesse was even able to work around my entertainment center like they say in their ad. Next time I need any type of carpet work done I will definitely call Midwest and ask for Jesse.
