This company is totally professional and has excellent skilled trades/craftspeople and job site managers.  They came highly recommended by several friends and real estate people who know their work.  We did a substantial remodel with them this year and I couldn't have been happier with the quality of the work.  Their quoting is easy to understand and I had a site manager who was great to work with!  I can't possibly understand that one star review.  Would highly recommend Landmark.

We have used Landmark Builders for multiple projects on our home over a 30 year period. They've done everything: from a sunroom/master bath 2 story addition, to expanding and remodeling our kitchen (once when we bought the home 30 years ago, and a significant update in 2017). With each project we found them to be very responsive, timely, offer great suggestions, and employ skilled carpenters. They clean up every day before leaving the job. Their subcontractors, such as tile setters, painters, electricians, etc. are also established companies and do quality work.  I highly recommend Landmark Builders!

Landmark has did remodel and addition work at my home.   I have always been treated with respect and kindness.   The work is fantastic.   Sorry, the one start sounds like sour grapes.  I have other jobs to be done in my home and they will be the ones doing it.
