        I scheduled with Rochelle for a silk press and add on hair. I had a question about the service so I called and left Rochelle a voicemail days prior to the appointment. I heard nothing back from her. My appointment was scheduled at 8 am on Saturday. I received a text message from Rochelle at 6:15 am on Saturday saying that she has to cancel this morning because her sister tested positive for covid last night. It would be a different story if a client were to cancel two hours before the appointment and I would be charged 50% of the service. Not acceptable.
