When you think you might get possibly get taken of by a company, you can absolutely trust this company. I was given options on how to fix my A/C and the overall condition of my furnace and A/C. I was so very impressed on every level. Wow!

John was on time, professional, very efficient, and extremely helpful. He diagnose me immediately a problem I had and resolved it even though it was not part of the original scope of work. Tech was very professional and courteous. He diagnosed the problem,made a trip to the other side of town to pick up the parts that I needed and got my air conditioner working in a very short period of time. Much appreciated!!! I've been with Abbott Heating & Cooling about 2-years and they always provide excellent service.

The service technicians who responded to my appointment were professional, knowledgeable, and very informative. They answered all my questions and I felt assured that everything was fine when they left. I would love to have them back in the future hvac problems.

Abbott Heating & Cooling technicians came out to check out our air conditioner. They were very professional and thorough in the diagnostic. They got our AC working very quickly and their charges were very fair. They took their time to explain everything they did in detail. I would definitely recommend them.
