They fed me false information saying because my husband doesnt have a visa that he is bared permanently from the country and they cannot help him. Edit: Since my original review Jim Hackling himself has reached out to me and threatened to file a lawsuit for defamation, I will clarify why the above statement is true. When I called I explained I have an official report from USCIS which states my husband has 0 deportations. Jim Hacking states In your review, you claimed that we falsely told you that your husband has a permanent bar from entering the U.S. due to his numerous unlawful entries to the U.S. The information provided to you was correct.. This is incorrect as I have documentation from USCIS stating my husband has no ban - permanent or temporary. When I was explaining my husband's situation the receptionist who took my call, he scoffed at me when I was explaining my husbands situation and the report we have from USCIS and the receptionist stated well it sure sounds like hes been deported. It was never said by me that he has multiple deportations. However the law firm never once laid eyes on my husbands USCIS report that we have in hand and the firm is stating that my husband is permanently banned from the US. Therefore yes, I was given false information regarding my husband's case that again - they never laid eyes on. Per Jims request I have removed all defamatory remarks in this review and have left only true statements as a result of my first hand expierence speaking with his firm.
