Every interaction Ive had with the Kim Schwartz team has been a total breeze. Their customer service is top notch. They are very responsive to last minute requests (I always seem to need an insurance card when I cant find one) and theyre always looking to save us money. I highly recommend!

I have been a customer for 25+ years. They have helped with car accidents, hail damage, a tree falling on the roof of my house, and two totaled cars. They consistently respond in a timely and professional manner, answer my questions, and make filing a claim easy and hassle free. Highly recommend.

Ive been with State Farm for over 40 years, they insured our first new car! My MIL at the time called her agent and helped us set it up. When Kim bought the agency from Bill, they didnt skip at beat. Kim & Pam have always provided excellent customer service. I especially appreciated the willingness to either meet me at my home or my office to sign any paperwork that needed taken care. These ladies are the BEST!!
