Went out in the snow to get my daughter earrings for a dance the next day got there a half hour before they were supposed to close. There was a customer shopping but the two rude workers locked the door and refused to let us in and told us they were closed even though the other customer was in the store. Terrible customer service and will not be shopping with them again.

Brought my friend here for her BDAY and we had such a fun time making her a special necklace for her birthday. The staff was so nice and never pushy and very helpful in picking out the perfect birthday set. Thanks ladies will definitely be back.

Went in to get a necklace fixed they no longer had in store but Kelly went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help with my prior purchase and help with the problem. She was so patient and efficient. I was there with my 18 month old ( who is always on the move) and their service exceeded all my expectations. I will come to this location each time without a doubt! Thank you for the service recovery with a new necklace and your patience

I have a fantastic experience every time Im in this store! The workers are always so helpful. Shoutout to Sierra (so sorry if Im not spelling that right) for taking the time to search through the back to find my ring size so I could feel special on my graduation day!
