Stacy is very kind and replaced all my watch batteries in a timely manner for a really great price. She even reset the dial on my G Shock for no additional charge.

Always helpful but they arent pushy at all which is nice when Im just shopping around Altho I always end up coming back to purchase because they really cant be beat dunno why I keep shopping around

I went here because my mother gotten good service here in the past. I on the other hand was not so lucky. I took in a ring for a simple downsizing and it looked terrible when i got it back. I took it back and the attempt to fix it is even worse. At this point I'm afraid to even have them touch it again!

I been going to Ray's for years. For repairs and buys jewelry and cleanings. This time I took a tennis bracelet in that needed a new clasp. At first I was told they could not help me because they did not have anything that would match up. But the lady was under standing when I told her it was a gift from my husband and all I wanted to do was be able to wear it. So she took it and told me she would see if there was anything they could do. They text me asking if I would be fine with the clasp they came up with and I told them that would be perfectly fine. I don't think they changed me for the clasp only the work. I was vary have with the job they did on it. Came out really nice for it not matching up. Five stars from me all the way.
