STL Brick and Tuckpointing

Called the company, came out twice to review the project, sent a contract on March 30th with the agreed upon work and cost. Never heard a word from the company until we made numerous phone calls (many went unanswered) finally, we made contact three weeks ago with an agreed upon date of May 20th, they sent an invoice on the day we spoke with them as they wanted the invoice paid that day, (the contract clearly states the invoice would be paid upon completion of the work) I called multiple times this week to ensure the work would be complete on the 20th as promised, no one returned my call nor was the work completed. Extremely disappointed and clearly poor communication and a company with no professionalism!

amazing customer service. I emailed the company on Sunday night when I discovered my parapet wall was on the verge of failing. That Sunday evening I had a message from Tammy saying they would be out at 7am on Monday. Jack showed up at 7am, diagnosed my problem and gave me a solution. By Monday afternoon I had a bid. I contacted 3 other companies, 1 never got back with me, 1 stood me up and 1 showed up 2 days later than what they said they would. Given the circumstances of the situation they prioritized my project for Tuesday morning. By the time I got home from work on Tuesday afternoon, the project was done, they cleaned up and the work looked great. From end to end just an easy process. Can't recommend enough.

We've had STL Brick and Tuckpointing come out and tuckpoint twice over the past 2 years. Two entire sides of our home, our chimney, and the foundation. Their crew is both skilled and professional, not to mention, friendly. They even went the extra mile by checking in frequently to ensure they were meeting our expectations. Their office, Tammy specifically, was also integral in coordinating the respective project phases. They did an overall exceptional job and we'd highly recommend utilizing their services.

We own a unique stone house that needed extensive and careful Tuckpointing. I got 4 bids and STL brick and tuck offered the most specific knowledge and genuine care for the home. Prices were very fair, and they are eager to make sure it's done right. I found two spots that I wanted to be done better and they came back and improved the masonry work. I recommend them to my friends and will use them again.
