Kim is a fantastic mediator. Able to press the parties when needed and in a diplomatic way, which is critical. Came prepared and has both practical and academic knowledge of the law. Will not hesitate to use again, highly recommend.

I have used Kim a couple of times as a mediator and was extremely pleased with her approach to helping the parties resolve the dispute, in spite of their differences. I recommend Kim as a mediator anytime the opportunity is presented. She does a fantastic job.

This is the second time mediating with Kim. It has been a pleasure mediating with her both times. She was able to wrap her head around our case and get an understanding of the facts without much explanation. Very sharp, reasonable and did not waste our time when it was apparent that we needed to continue litigating the case due to pending questions of law. I will continue using her in the future and recommend her without reservation.

Kim was extremely effective in mediating a construction defect lawsuit. Despite complex coverage issues in this multi-party claim, Kim expertly navigated the various disputes and enabled the parties to settle all claims.
