This note is more for ownership. One of your workers every time she is working for some reason she only accepting online orders. She seems to be afraid of human contact still wearing a mask which is fine, but the worst thing is she isnt accepting cash or card transactions every time she works Management should probably look into this

I called at 8:43.. they said they were open for 15 more mins. I got there at 8:47 .. when I got there they said they were not taking orders. I told them I had just called and they said they were open. They told me they stop taking orders at 8:50 and everything was put away. I told them it was not 8:50 yet, it was 8:48 by this time. They refused to take my order even though they are open until 9. Everytime I go here its some different problem. Do not recommend coming here.

The smoothies are great. However they are rarely consistent. There are two or three employees here that are so nice and helpful I wish I got their names. I will make sure I get their names in the near future. However I went yesterday and this one teenage boy had a very nasty attitude. I placed a mobile order and they were out of strawberries, bananas, and pineapples. Which are the main ingredients of most smoothies I like from here. The other two girls were nice and very busy. So the girl asked him to take my order. I asked him What smoothies can I get without those ingredients? He literally said I do not know how to help you Rolled his eyes and walked away. I just took my phone out and looked at the menu myself and ordered something else.
He was very rude. As someone who worked a customer service job for many years I was never rude to anyone. I understand we all have bad days and can get easily frustrated. However, I was nice and patient and asked a very easy question. He was not doing anything else as the two other girls were the only ones working.
Overall most employees are decently nice here. I wish I got their names so I could mention them. However that teenage boy avoid him at all costs. A simple question can trigger him to do work, so he will give you an attitude because he has to do his job.

Closest S.K. to me and the portions keep getting worse each time I come back. And its disappointing looking to reward yourself with a tasty treat and its not even a full bowl or smoothie.
