Good nail job kinda slow and behind they didnt give my friend the right pedicure and when they were open until 6 some girl came in around 5 and wanted a service and they said they dont have time but another girl came in shortly after and they took her not a fan of this type of treatment or behavior

One of the technicians were arguing with a customer, my nails were crooked and when I said something the lady had an attitude, the massage chairs were not it.

I had booked an appointment on Saturday for 3:00pm and I got so busy that I missed that appointment so I called them to reschedule my appointment for the same day at 5:30 I came to the establishment early which was around 4:30 and the woman told me to come back tomorrow, even though I booked An appointment so when I left, I called them to speak to the woman who I talk to when I booked my first appointment I told her what was going on and she said come in at 5:30. So when 5:30came around I went back to the establishment. As soon as I open the door, it felt like a very negative environment so I sat down waiting for someone to assist me. A woman told one of the employees. That they cannot service me, which is so crazy because I had an appointment I do not recommend if youre black and gay. To go here because my experience was god awful

The service I received from the owner and his wife was topnotch . This is a no frills place, and I am fine with that. My manicure lasted all through my travels, which I appreciated. There is a person who sits at the back, who picks whom she wants to be nice to. (I will not go any further). I've been back and may continue to request anyone but her. Nail salons are a dime a dozen, so attitude is everything.
