As a mobile notary in Virginia, I just completed an assignment from PDQ--assisting a VA real estate buyer with the execution of his file. I really appreciated getting a call from Nancy Stancil insted of an email or text blast, like most signing services do. Then when I had questions, I was impressed that Mike Willard called me himself to find solutions to my problems. I appreciate that they understood there are differences in our notary laws. I received the documents in plenty of time and our signing appointment went well. I was confident because all my questions were answered. I'd happily assist their clients in the future.
