I was very impressed by the Administrator in her team. They were very professional. They answer all the questions that the resident had they made them feel very comfortable doing the transition. I am from a different company. I was able to watch them show compassion I was able to see how Safely they transported the residence and how comfortable they made them feel during the transition kudos to Bernard care and there team

Full of flash truth and info, jo follow thru, very small room misleading information very poor care. Of love ones, extremely short of help some very good people but can't keep up with shortage of help, real Don or certified trained social worker. No follow thru on anything from the start. Very large corporations with mulitable location all with same lack of care. Due to.lack of help, training and resources. Had yo get help from voice to help. Never again with any of the locations. Promises never kept. Not the hard working employee fault, corporations has no follow thru, ...
