Oak Park Care Center

The staff are very caring and work hard at taking care of short term and long term patients. They have been a true blessing for me and my family and I thank them for their care and concern :-)

The staff was ok with me. But the food was horrible. Also some residents was great with me. I enjoyed the hospitality.

I wouldn't recommend no one to this facility the workers there don't care about the patients they just there for a paycheck I was also told by a worker how they was miss treated my sister I wouldn't recommend my dog to this facility like I said your family member can be in there you just don't treat people any kind of way especially if they can't do for themselves God don't like ugly what goes around comes around always remember that

Worst front desk customer service Ive ever experienced. Trying to find where they sent my mother bevause it wasnt the hospital she is supposed to be in and I was left on hold for over 10 minutes of listening to them converse. I hung up and called bsck and the the woman (who didnt say her name) left the phone off so the line to the receptionist is busy. Only send people you don't like here. Completely horrible.

Service is extremely poor. Served cold food. Playing with my pain medicine; have to beg for my pain medicine. It is four hours late and still don't have it. Don't rinse bed pn out, smelling g of feces and on and on . I want out of here!!!!!!!!
