Beautiful facility! Caring and professional department leaders. A very home like environment Great outdoor space for redidents to sit and enjoy fresh air and enjoy the flowers. A great place to bring your loved one for rehab! They have an AMAZING gym and the best therapist!!

This is truly a beautiful place inside and out. Id recommend anyone to therapy here. Staff goes above and beyond to care for residents and treats them amazingly! Everyone seems like family. One of the best places of its kind in the area.

They don't care about any of the residents. They let you sit in urine and feces all day and don't change you. Too many residents ringing that nurse button but don't no one come to see if they are ok. Do not bring a loved one to this facility!!!

Beauvais offers a caring and loving environment for residents. I enjoy the atmosphere, location and beautiful scenery. I would recommend anyone with a loved one seeking short or long term care to stop be for tour.

This place is a horrible place to put your people it does not have a great rehab you have to do your own rehab n it doesn't deserve one star only for a couple of the staff. Smells horrible food terrible n service terrible
