I sadly loss my 17 year old son, and i chose this particular law firm because Ben was the only lawyer i spoke with who actually showed concern as to how i felt in such a horrible situation. I didnt feel like another number of people he represented. He made me feel comfortable while so broken, he listened to me and you can hear the compassion while speaking. No parent deserves to have to go through this, but know if you hire is firm u wont just get a lawyer u will get a compassionate man who will keep you updated every step of the way. Even after the case was over i was still able to call and get any questions answered that later crossed my mind, i never felt rushed even when i didnt have the right words to say. My grief brain has been terrible but he never made me feel like i was a bother I highly recommend
