Don't waste your money or your time on this Law office. Poor communication, poor service

I contacted Michele about a case in regards to my daughter being bit by a dog. The communication was awesome at first. We met with her. She told me to send her paper work. I did. I called an left message saying I put in mail slot. I gave it time because I know these things take time. After a month or so I called left a message, and i emailed. I waited again. No reply. My daughter asked whats going on with the case, i told her i didnt know as no one has responeded back. I tried again. No reply. I called and emailed and even said hey if you don't think this is a case please just let me know something, I've called and emailed several times, with no reply. I don't know what happened. Before this I've sent people her way and she did great for them. Just don't know what happened with my daughter's case.

There isnt enough words I could write here that would express the thankfulness and gratefulness I have for this woman. After 2 years of ineffective council she saved me from being railroaded. She got me everything I wanted and I couldnt be more satisfied with the results. My daughter and I thank you Michelle.

Ive been knowing Michelle for about 6 or 7 years, when I hired her initially I was not even getting in trouble yet in life, my kids father was and serious things that she had got him off on, or probation and always has her client best interest! She has always helped me my friends, and family a lot and I trust her with my life! Plus too know you have someone who genuinely cares to handle things that are out of your/my control, all I do is just pay and know everything is took care of literally! I couldnt ask for a better attorney that is communicative and concerned and that actually knows how to do there job, she is helping me with a case as we speak and I know my lawyer has went over and beyond for me! I appreciate her love you Michelle

I contacted this office on or about October 10, 2022 regarding a speeding ticket. The day I spoke with Janet (Michelles Assistant) I paid $150.00 via phone. Two days later I determined that I wouldnt need representation and called speaking with Janet, who said I would be refunded my $150.00. It is now 11/26/22 and Ive still not received my refund after calling and speaking with Janet several times. Ive been told that Michelle is the only one that can issue this refund (some type of check) and my file is on her desk. I point blank asked Janet, the last time I spoke with her, if Michelle had changed her mind deciding not to refund my $150.00 to which she said no, that was not the case. Ive recently sent Michelle an e-mail, to which I havent received a response as of yet. If this is the type of communication or lack there of that Michelle provides, Im most certainly pleased that I did not require her services. As for my $150.00 at this point I suspect that I will not be receiving a refund for services that I did not receive.
