Ive known Jim for many years, and caring about others well being has always been important to him. Hed do anything for anyone, thats why it was so easy to call him when I was in my horrible accident. An accident that put me in months of rehabilitation, invasive procedures and finally a major surgery, totaling almost 2 years of recovery time. Jim and his staff was always there! He was able to get me a settlement that I deserved after all the pain, suffering and inconveniences someone else caused me due to them not paying attention while driving. Thank you Jim and Staff for all you do!

Unfortunately, I was involved in a major crash last year with a nasty injury that required emergency plastic surgery and lots of treatment over the next few months. I was referred to Avery Injury Law by a co-worker. I was very hesitant to hire an attorney because I thought that would be a poor reflection on my character. I'd never want to be involved in a lawsuit. Jim was able to collect the maximum amount of money (policy limits) from the at-fault party and my underinsured policy. The case was smooth from the day I sighed my papers, to the day I picked up my settlement check, 7 months (I was quoted 1-2 years) after my accident. I was able to focus on my treatment and getting better and not have to worry about my claim. You can't go wrong with this firm!

Very last luster my family have been left out of the entire process and made feel like a burden when they contact. Going on 2 years and still confusion and no real information on a time-line. I feel that the matter could have been delt with in a more timely manner and professionalism.would not recommend them for a attorney after what I have witnessed first hand.

I would recommend Jim! If my friends or family needed a personal injury attorney he is the ONLY one I would say to go to. He knows the legal process and fights for your case. Jim will help you so you won't feel stressed out over what to do. Everyone in his office will show you empathy. They deal with injured people all the time and know what's right! They won't let the insurance take advantage of you.
