        While changing the hardware on our basement shower, the main water valve knob broke. It wouldnt open back up for water to flow back into the house. We didnt have water for about 1hr. We called Flow Kings they come out to our house within 2 hrs, and fixed the issue fast! They replaced the whole copper pipe. Replaced the old valve knob with an up to date handle valve. The repair men are so professional and nice. I am more than satisfied. Any plumbing issues we will have in the future I will only call Flow King Rooter!

        In April of 2023 our sewage lift pump went out and our finished basement flooded with sewer water. I called Flow King at 2:00AM. Silvio called me back within five minutes and instructed me how to shut off the sewer line. He said that would be out first thing in the morning. He came out and pumped out the lift basin and had to order a new pump as it was a Sunday. Silvio and his crew came back two days later with the new pump and installed it along with a new check valve. Everything has been working fine since. Flow King is now the first plumber I will call. They are reliable and trustworty.

        Silvio came out on a weekend to fix a leaky shut off valve. It might not sound like much, but since it was the shut off valve (and it was leaking A LOT) we had to turn off the water to the whole house until it was fixed. Of course it happened Friday night too. I called all the 24 hour guys, but they only operate the phones 24 hours; they couldn't get me a plumber until Monday. But Silvio was at my house early Saturday morning. He was in and out in 10 minutes and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Flow King to anyone!

        The WORST experience I have had with a service company! Plumber came out and didn't have a clue what he was doing! They were suppose to give us a quote for the repair, but it never came. They we talking about cutting holes in walls, changing pvc to copper, etc... We had a Reputable company come out and fix everything in an hour and it's Warrantied!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE OUT TO OVERCHARGE YOU FOR REPAIRS THAT AREN'T NEEDED!!!

      We try to provide permanent repair solutions. You might have gotten your issue solved in the short term but will have issues in the future. We simply recommended you properly vent the basement sink and hydro flush the line. We apologize for not meeting your expectations.
