We had a back up in our basement and called Roto Rooter. They came out, tried to snake the line away from the house then toward the house, but got mud in each direction. They said the main line was most likely collapsed and would charge $5000 to do the repairs since they couldn't get a backhoe in our yard, and it would take up to two days. I called Vortuba just for a second opinion on a Sunday. Over the phone he said just judging by the information he could do the work on Monday and it would be a fraction of the cost. The owner came out at 8am Monday morning to survey the problem. He was able to get a backhoe in the yard with no problem, and was finished with the work by 2pm. I highly recommend this company to anyone. Very professional, friendly, efficient, and affordable.
